New Parishioner Registration
WHY REGISTER IN A PARISH? & IS YOUR INFO UPDATED?
A Catholic parish is a witness and part of the living Body of Christ. This is where we continue the mission of Jesus Christ through our liturgies, ministries and services. This is where we publicly express our faith, joining together with others to give witness of our communion with God and in fellowship with one another.
There are many reasons to register:
- A sense of belonging and identity in a parish community
- Being included in the active status of the parish helps in the planning for the liturgical and logistical needs of the parish
- Gives the parish a way to contact and connect with you
- Be able to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion, Confirmation, or Holy Matrimony
- Have the ability to complete the diocesan eligibility form to be a sponsor/godparent in Baptism or
Confirmation - Allows you to receive important parish information or alerts in times of emergency such as hurricane
closure/opening updates

it is important to keep your information updated. If you have moved or changed your contact
information, please contact the church office as well.
Information is held in confidence and will never be shared. Please complete the form as best as you can.
If you wish to submit a printed form at the church office or the collection basket, you may get a print version by clicking here.
A new online system to:
- Update family and member information
- New comers can register online
- Existing parishioners can update their information
- See envelope and online giving history
- Access electronic giving statements at year-end or anytime
- Support the accuracy of your parish records and reduce paper
The office will approve your account, and you’ll be able to update all of your family information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses.
With your updated information, we’ll be able contact you when we need to so you don’t miss anything important, and you’ll be able to view your contact information and giving history.
